C Street is the entryway to Denver's Convergence Station, an alien street filled with narrative.  Much of the illumination comes from diegetic sources such as custom built signage, street lights and interactive vehicles. 

The primary experience of C Street are "Memory Storms," roving clouds of memory that sweep through the space, experienced through spatial audio movement accentuated by glitches that move throughout all of the tech elements of the space.
